Frequently asked questions

Are there any setup or monthly fees?

No. We only charge a percentage and/or fixed fee on successful transactions. If you don't process payments, you don't pay anything.

Do I need to pay separately for Sentinel?

The base deterministic rules engine is included at no extra cost to protect our ecosystem. Advanced ML models (Anomaly Detection, LLM Reasoner) will be available on custom tiers once launched.

How and when do I get my money?

Target settlement is T+1 (the next business day). Funds will be deposited directly into your designated PKR business bank account via Raast/IBFT.

Are foreign cards supported?

Yes. International Visa and Mastercard payments are supported. An additional cross-border fee (approx 1%) typically applies. Settlements are still made in PKR.

Can I test everything for free?

Absolutely. Our Sandbox mode is entirely free and doesn't require a real bank account to set up. You can test the API, dashboard, and webhooks using our provided test cards.
